Growth: Double the number of nonprofits served

Generation Hope helps student parents succeed by engaging education and policy partners in systemic change while providing direct support to teen parents in college and their children. Fair Chance began working with Generation Hope in 2013 and helped develop a strategic plan with enhanced outcomes and a fundraising plan.

In 2013, Generation Hope served 7 teen parents – today it has served 224 and has celebrated 100 college graduates. With Fair Chance’s help, they also launched a kindergarten readiness program for the children of teen parents.

Because of Fair Chance’s proven impact in helping other organizations to scale, Fair Chance will significantly scale its reach – doubling the number of nonprofits the organization serves in the next 10 years.
